Exercises after treatment of the lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) with growth factors, level 2 – strengthening

We start with the strengthening exercises not earlier than 14 days after injection, when level 1 exercises do not cause pain ailments. We do level 2 exercises every day for 2 weeks.

Strengthening of the wrist extensors

Start position

When sitting put the treated arm on the thigh and relax it. Allow the arm to fall loosely in the wrist towards the floor. Take hold of the ribbon with the treated hand and put the ribbon under your foot. The hand should face the floor.

Action

Hold the ribbon with your treated arm and then slowly lift it towards the ceiling, with your arm still lying on the thigh. Hold the position for 1 second then let your wrist fall towards the floor.

Repetition

Do 3 series of 20 repetitions every day.

Caution !!!

Do the exercise slowly and in a controlled way.

Action

Hold the ribbon with your treated arm and then slowly lift it towards the ceiling, with your arm still lying on the thigh. Hold the position for 1 second then let your wrist fall towards the floor.

Do 3 series of 20 repetitions every day.
